Better Pilates offers FREE MAT classes several times a year, the dates for the free classes will released on this page two weeks before the end of each school term.

You qualify if:

• You click here to go to the Frankston City Library web page and book your monthly free class
• You have been referred by a friend who is a Better Pilates client
• You are a new client who would like to try a MAT class with the intention to continue moving with Better Pilates, you can have one free class at the end of a school term (specific dates will be published on this page)
