Better Pilates classes are fun and interactive.  Using and a wide range of props like Pilates rings, Pilates fitness balls, gliding discs, therabands, foam rollers and yoga blocks and in the CLINICAL STUDIO  adding equipment like reforemer bed, trapeze table, wunda chair, ladder barrel and spine corrector, our classes focus on alignment for good posture, balance, coordination, core strength, full body flexibility and spine mobility.
