Better Pilates GROUP MAT CLASSES are fun and interactive. Using a wide range of props like Pilates rings, Pilates fitness balls, gliding discs, therabands and yoga blocks, our classes focus on alignment for good posture, balance, coordination, core strength, full body flexibility and spine mobility.
